David Trood undertakes a range of litigation, including personal injury, landlord and tenant, general contract disputes, and employment work. He is a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Accreditation Scheme, the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, and the Employment Lawyers Association.
David graduated in Modern History from Oxford University before attending Nottingham Law School. He joined Bird & Lovibond as a trainee solicitor in 1995, qualified in 1997 and became a Partner in 2003. He is based at our Uxbridge office.
David is a keen sportsman with particular interest in football (despite supporting Luton Town) and cricket and runs the occasional half marathon.
David is also a governor at a local secondary school.
