Niamh Minihane is a probate specialist advising on Court of Protection, Wills, Estate Planning, Trusts and Probate. Niamh also has experience with residential conveyancing matters and along with Mr Shale is responsible for the management of the expanding probate department. She is based at the Uxbridge office but also covers Probate and Wills at our Ruislip office.
Niamh graduated from Bristol University with a degree in Classics. She qualified as a Solicitor with a commendation in November 2002 and after building up experience in the field of probate in London joined Bird & Lovibond in February 2006.
Niamh has recently married and has changed her maiden name of Meacham to her married name of Minihane.
Away from the office she is a member of her local Gym and is a keen long distance runner. She caught the travelling bug after spending time as an Air Stewardess and has covered a fair bit of the globe.
Niamh is qualified in Sign Language to a standard of Level 1 in British Sign Language. She is currently studying for her exams to complete British Sign Language Level 2.
