Zoe Brind specialises in all types of residential conveyancing including sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, rights to buy, sales of part, newbuilds, shared ownership, keyworker schemes, lease extensions, auction sales and purchases, and equity release schemes. Zoe can also advise and prepare your Home Information Pack if you are considering marketing your property for sale.
She qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and joined the firm as a consultant in 2000. Bird & Lovibond are on the mortgage panel of all leading High Street Banks, Building Societies and other secondary lenders including local Housing Associations. Zoe is regularly appointed as the approved solicitor on many local New Build Developments.
Zoe is a life long fan of Watford FC and enjoys travelling, swimming, reading and going for long walks with her dog
