Tarjinder is a Director and Head of Conveyancing at Bird & Lovibond.

She helps clients with both commercial and residential conveyancing and was a Partner at her previous firm responsible for managing the conveyancing department.

She has supported clients with commercial property matters for over six years including:

• The grant of new leases, acting for both landlord and tenant
• The sale and purchase of commercial property including retail premises, post offices, restaurants and many other types of property
• Commercial re-mortgages including bridging loans

Tarjinder also has a strong background in residential conveyancing including: sales and purchases, re-mortgages for both freehold and residential properties, lease extensions and title splits involving the grant of new leases.
