Delivering an excellent service is very important to us.
To monitor our service, we send out a digital Client Survey to all our clients during their matter with us.
We use the results of the survey to fine-tune our services and ensure that we continually adapt them to meet the expectations of clients.
How are we doing?
92% of our clients that completed our client care survey during 2023, said that they would use our services again and would recommend us to family, friends and colleagues.
