Pre-Nuptial, Cohabitation & Separation Agreements

Pre-Nuptial and Separation Agreements are not just for rich people!

There are many reasons why it would be sensible for you to enter into one of these agreements. In certain situations it is a sensible thing to do and doesn’t imply that you expect your relationship to breakdown in the future.

Here are some circumstances where it makes sense to have an agreement in place:

  • You may be marrying for a second time or moving in with someone and wish to protect your own childrens’ inheritance.
  • There may be a large difference in you and your partner’s assets, for instance one of you may already own a property.

Our family solicitors will ensure the agreement reflects your wishes and will be accepted by a judge, should your relationship breakdown.

For a confidential discussion with one of our family team call your nearest office in Uxbridge, Ruislip or Greenford, email info@bird-lovibond.co.uk.
