Director Gary Bennett established and heads up the firm’s thriving Personal Injury Department in Uxbridge dealing with cases involving relatively minor injuries through to publicly reported cases involving very serious injuries. Gary also deals with Civil Litigation and Professional Negligence, and is Bird & Lovibond’s Complaints Handling Director.

He was educated at Northwood School and the University of Wolverhampton prior to joining Bird & Lovibond as a trainee Solicitor in 1986. He qualified as a solicitor in 1988, became a partner in 1991 and is now a Director.

In his spare time Gary enjoys following the exploits of Fulham FC, reading and going to the cinema.
