Contesting a Will

If someone close to you has died and you are concerned that their Will does not reflect their wishes then you may be able to contest the Will.

Our solicitors understand that contesting a Will can be an emotional and stressful process. We take a personal approach, meeting with you so we can understand all the issues involved. We will provide objective advice and be open about your chances of success.

A Will can be contested for one of the following reasons:

  • The individual lacked mental capacity when making the Will
  • The Will was not correctly executed
  • The individual did not approve the Will
  • The individual was under undue influence when making the Will.

If you would like an initial meeting to discuss contesting a Will, contact your nearest office in Uxbridge or Greenford.
